Considerable litigation experience including a medical malpractice claim in the Court of Claims, prosecution personal injury actions in NYS Supreme Court and defense of civil claims in federal court. Overwhelmingly, experience has been in criminal defense from the most minor matters to homicide both at the trial and appellate level.
